British software developer Gaming Technology Solutions PLC announced Friday that it is partnering with Bell-Fruit Games Ltd. to integrate the slot-machine manufacturer’s games into GTS’s Enhanced Gaming Engine, or “EdGE” platform. According to the agreement, online-gaming operators who use the platform will have access to digital versions of Bell-Fruit’s complete gaming repertoire.

Bell-Fruit manufactures land-based games for multiple European markets, including those in Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands, a company press release said. The press release also stated that 888.com will be the first online-gaming operator to benefit from the new partnership, having signed an agreement with GTS in 2008.

“Bell-Fruit Games (is) an exciting addition to our growing list of game partners,” GTS Director Steven Matsell said. “They bring a wealth of experience to the online-gaming sector and their games are certain to be popular and profitable."

Tony Oliver, Managing Director of Bell-Fruit subsidiary Mazooma, echoed Matsell’s sentiments, saying, “We are delighted to continue our online expansion with GTS; this gives us the opportunity to present our games to the broader European market where previously we have had great success in the offline space.”
