CryptoLogic announced a multi-year contract with film studio Paramount Digital Entertainment, that will bring some of the most world-famous superhero’s come to live on the internet casino world beginning in the final quarter of 2009. Noticeable is the fact that CryptoLogic made similar deals last year with DC Comics, Marvel Comics and Warner Bros.
With this contract CryptoLogic gains exclusive rights to offer online slot machines based on more than 20 Paramount films, including Braveheart, Forrest Gump, Beowulf, Beverly Hills Cop, Ghost, Ferris Bueler’s day off and many more. Also CryptoLogic gets the opportunity to build a dedicated gaming site which hold all of their movie-based games. Cryptologic had a negative trade listing at the end of 2008, but now has a positive trade listing, with an estimated 7 to 7.7 million Euro profit.
